Review by hotel critic
As a history teacher with a love for the Mediterranean, I found Enagron to be a unique culinary haven. Our stay included a delightful cookery course where we handpicked fresh vegetables from their lush gardens. The flavors we created were rich and vibrant, embodying the essence of the local produce. The restaurant's ambiance was simple yet inviting, reflecting the rustic charm of the surroundings. We also enjoyed a breakfast featuring homemade jams, freshly baked bread, and fruit that tasted like it was straight from the orchard. What stood out were the activities linked to the seasons. We indulged in olive oil tasting, which opened our eyes to the local techniques and traditions. It's a perfect destination for fellow food enthusiasts looking to savor authentic flavors!
